Bare Intimacy is a practice created by Alana, a specialist who helps clients explore and improve their sexual functioning, relationships, and gender identity. Alana offers therapy and education through both therapeutic space and social media. She incorporates ecotherapy and Gestalt therapy, focusing on the present moment and client empowerment. This holistic approach emphasises client expertise, cultivating awareness, and embracing embodied experiences.
